Rina Abbott-Jard is a Kamilaroi/Gamilaraay woman and brings 20 years’ corporate experience in financial empowerment and transformation within finance and tech sectors. She led an ESG uplift and operationalisation program in a global supply chain, mentors emerging leaders, and supports economic participation for Indigenous people through governance, volunteering, and capability development. She’s also an experienced cultural mentor, advocate, and yarning facilitator.

A strategist, and Director of a First Nations-led consultancy, Rina is a co-founder of Modal Planning delivering impact across four growth areas: Transport and Town Planning, Accessibility Consulting, Spatial Analytics, and a new advisory line focused on Procurement, ESG, and transformation guided by Aboriginal Country, Community, and Culture (CCC). Rina is driving a bold agenda centred on Closing the Gap in education, employment, and economic participation.

Rina will be delivering a new workshop designed to help First Nations women build a strong Money Story and reclaim financial sovereignty in a Yarning Circle format. You will leave with a new level of determination and aspiration for your communities.
