Kaylee is a proud Wiradjuri woman living on Dharawal Country in South West Sydney. Kaylee currentlys work as a First Nations Employee Journey Expert within the Career Programs team at ANZ, where Kaylee has been for over 16 years. Kaylee began her journey as a school-based trainee in a local ANZ branch and has since held a variety of roles across the organisation.

Since 2021, she has been supporting First Nations candidates through the recruitment process, providing guidance on assessments, timelines, and interview preparation, as well as offering feedback to recruiters to help ensure a culturally safe and supportive experience.

Recently, Kaylee’s remit has expanded as she has moved into a new team. In addition to recruitment support, Kaylee now contributes to broader Talent & Culture initiatives for First Nations employees, including Cultural Capability, Cultural Safety, Employee Experience, and Workforce Enablement.
