Jenni is a program design and diagnostic assessment specialist, and performance and process coach, offering her clients through Elephant in the Room Consulting, First Nations Strategy and BImpact Collective, a wealth of experience regarding strategy policy design, capability development, and working with Indigenous peoples and organisations.

With a wide array of roles and opportunities spanning three decades, including military service, Commonwealth agencies and the private sector Jenni brings a unique perspective enabling her to perceive the world from multiple angles and draw upon a diverse range of experiences.
