Chloe Gunning

Chloe Gunning is a proud Wiradjuri woman who was born and raised on Wiradjuri Country. Chloe is deeply passionate about collaboration within the First Nations sector and has experience in corporate, government and non-profit organisations in New South Wales and Victoria. Chloe has experience working in youth homelessness, mental health, and social and emotional wellbeing.

Chloe is working with Cox Inall Ridgeway, an Aboriginal Social Change agency and works across numerous programs to support First Nations decision making and to create co-designed resources for community.

Chloe recently completed her Bachelor of Social Work and has spoken on First Nations perspectives in social work and is passionate about the importance of First Nations decision making and challenging systemic norms. Chloe is eager to bring her perspective to shaping the road ahead for our future generations, and is committed to advocating for cultural safety, systemic change, and youth empowerment.
