Chelsea is a proud Kaurna/Ngarrindjeri woman and the Chief Relationships and Experience Officer at Indigital, a majority Indigenous-owned and managed social enterprise. As a trusted intermediary, Indigital partners with resources companies and communities to create social impact solutions that care for Country, Culture, and Communities.

With a career spanning the public, private, and start-up sectors, Chelsea brings a systems-thinking lens and a deep understanding of how to navigate complex environments where cultural integrity, business performance, and social impact coexist.

Chelsea is responsible for Indigital’s strategic partnerships, client relationships, and program delivery on Country. She draws on her background in policy, strategy, and operations to help guide the company’s growth while upholding Indigenous ways of being, doing, and knowing within Western business systems.

A fierce advocate for equity, inclusion, and cross-cultural collaboration, Chelsea is passionate about closing the divide between Indigenous and non-Indigenous peoples and lifting up all communities. Particularly through increasing representation of Indigenous women in future-focused industries like STEM. She brings grounded insight and lived experience to conversations about systems change, leadership, and the power of unity in building a better future.

Hear from women leading purpose-driven businesses, driving procurement reform, and using entrepreneurship as a tool for cultural and economic strength. This session will explore how First Nations women are building community and intergenerational wealth, increasing employment opportunities, and navigating business growth without compromising their values.
